NEGOTIATING THE PURCHASE CONTRACT:
  • Once you have made the final decision on which property to pursue, LAVP will consult with you about the terms that you are prepared to offer to purchase that property. 
  • There are a host of terms to be negotiated, including, but not limited to the purchase price, financing terms, earnest money deposit, the inclusion or exclusion of repairs or furnishings and equipment, the allocation of closing costs and the time period and conditions under which you can complete property inspections before you are bound to purchase the property.
  • Based on such consultation, LAVP will prepare a written offer to purchase that property or otherwise initiate the negotiation of a purchase contract on your behalf. 
  • LAVP will keep you informed during the negotiation process to insure that we negotiate the best possible purchase contract and that you approve any deviations from the initial purchase contract consultation.
