MARKETING A PROPERTY:
  • LAVP will determine a marketing strategy uniquely appropriate to your home and personal objectives.
  • Such strategy may include, without limitation:
    • listing your home on a Multiple Listing Service and other cooperative networks;
    • posting a large highly visible “For Sale” sign in front of your home;
    • maximizing Internet exposure, including Featured Listings on lavisionproperties.com;
    • promoting your home with LAVP’s network of real estate professionals and investors, including previous clients, other sales agents and brokers;
    • hosting a broker’s open house, public open house or special event designed to bring potential buyers to your home;
    • increase showings by using a lockbox, when appropriate;
    • mailing and/or handing out flyers, post cards or other advertising materials detailing property features; and
    • communicating feedback from prospective buyers and/or cooperating brokers to improve the marketability of your home.
