Pre-Closing Renegotiations:

Once both parties sign the purchase contract, the process of appraisals, property inspections, title review and financing begins...each of which can result in potential road-blocks to a smooth closing.  Such roadblocks may include repairs required to obtain financing or requests, title defects (i.e. a lien or other disapproved third party property right). LAVP will work with you to pragmatically address and resolve buyer concerns (if possible and/or if required under the purchase contract), to avoid such roadblocks.
